Navigate to the Self Care section under Get Help Online or download registration forms. Sign In: Sign in using your NHIF membership number and e-citizen login credentials.
Service Portal can be accessed only with valid username and password. Employers and Employers and members can obtain their login credentials after undergo online self-registration process
One can also register through ‘My NHIF‘ App which can be downloaded from Google Play Store or Apple Store. After registering online, members are required to visit the nearest NHIF office or Huduma Center for finger biometric registration.
