Navigate to the Self Care section under Get Help Online or download registration forms. Sign In: Sign in using your NHIF membership number and e-citizen login credentials.
For the case of Normal Visit or Emergency Case, a member’s card Number MUST be supplied, and for the case of Referral, a Referral Number MUST be supplied. Click the Search button to fetch the member records, and then click Authorize to verify a member as shown below.
You can always check your status or get your NHIF details by sending a text message with the format [ID {space} Your ID Number] e.g. (ID 12345678) to 1550, by dialling *155#, using the ‘My NHIF’ App which can be downloaded from Google Play or App Store or the NHIF Selfcare Platform.
