I believed the seconde "e" in "Beloved" is voiced, as it is from the phrase "Dearly Beloved" (from which Beloved got her name). I'm not sure about the pronunciation of "Sethe": it is mentioned in the book that it is a man's name, so it could very well be pronounced like the modern "Seth".
