Tickets are non-refundable. I, ____________________________ confirm that I am the Eligible Service Member or spouse and authorize Shades of Green’s Attraction Sales Office to charge my credit card for the amount listed above. We will collect payment at the time we call to process your order.
Our ticketing agents will contact you by phone to get your credit card and confirm your eligibility. The credit card submitted needs to be the same card as the authorized sponsor.
How do I submit a ticket order? To purchase tickets without visiting Shades of Green, please download our order form from shadesofgreen.org. The order form will need to be returned to us by submitting through our website (preferred), email, or fax.

Download our order form, fill it out and then either email it to tickets@shadesofgreenresort.zendesk.com or attach it to your web request. Once we've received your order form, one of our ticket agents will call to collect payment and in most cases the tickets will be emailed to you.
The service member or their spouse must be the person who submits the order form, the service member or spouse must be available to speak with the ticket agent, and the payment method must be under the name of the service member or spouse.
