6 Σεπ 2022 · Every Mythic+ dungeon you complete, no matter the keystone level, you will earn 135 Valor. The fastest way to farm Valor Points is to farm low-level Keystones. As of Patch 9.1, you recieve 65 additional Valor if anyone in the group gained mythic+ rating from that dungeon.

For raiding, the average player should be able to pull their weight in gear that is 15 item levels lower than what the content drops. So if the raid drops 215 ilvl loot and you have an ilvl of 200 that is the content you should be aiming for.
Bookmark this list of gear reward item levels for all difficulties of content for Season 4. The biggest thing is to finish the Zereth Mortis story campaign which gives you entry level gear along the way and a Legendary belt at the end.
