6 Σεπ 2022 · Every Mythic+ dungeon you complete, no matter the keystone level, you will earn 135 Valor. The fastest way to farm Valor Points is to farm low-level Keystones. As of Patch 9.1, you recieve 65 additional Valor if anyone in the group gained mythic+ rating from that dungeon.

11 Σεπ 2020 · Loot has been scaled down to a lower item level in the Shadowlands, so we're highlighting the item level of rewards you'll get from various sources in the new expansion, including dungeons, raids, and PvP.
With the addition of Korthia, it’s much easier to get past item level 200 as most of the Korthia dailies award item level 207. Also the gear in Korthia can be upgraded all the way to item level 233, but it’s still important to keep working through your covenant campaign in order to advance in Korthia.

Base speed is your overall running speed, and does not include any temporary increases like food, potions, flasks, etc. As of 02/22/2021: My base speed in Shadowlands areas is 192.4% My base speed in Legacy content is 210.475%
