The Board of Trustees consists of three elected trustees and one fiscal officer responsible for governing the affairs and functions of the township.
Administrative Officials. The Sharon Township Board of Trustees meets in regular session on the first and the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. All meetings are held at the Township Administrative Building 95 E. Wilson Bridge Road Worthington, Ohio 43085.

Trustee Meetings. The Sharon Township Trustees hold their Regular Meeting the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm at the Sharon Township Administration Building. December typically only has one meeting.
