If you receive a message that the Shaw ID already exists with this email address, follow these steps to refresh and update your Shaw ID. Go to my.shawdirect.ca; Click Forgot Password. We will send you an Activation Email. Once logged into Shaw ID using the password, there will be no account/service linked. Click Add Account.
Your Shaw ID is the email you use to access your Shaw Direct services and exclusive benefits like My Shaw Direct and the Rogers Xfinity Stream app.
Once per day, you can use My Shaw to refresh your TV channels and fix those issues. To refresh your TV channels using the My Shaw website: Sign in using your Shaw ID and password. Click My Services up at the top and select TV. When asked to confirm, click Refresh. Wait up to 10 minutes for your channels to refresh.
Signing into My Shaw Direct with your Shaw ID will give you access to a new level of security: Shaw Two-step verification. Two-step verification introduces an additional layer of security to Shaw Direct customers, helping to protect your online identity.
To manage your services using the My Shaw website: Sign in to my.shaw.ca. Click My Services and select the service you wish to manage from the drop-down menu.
