This 1830 Eyebrow Colonial in Hillsdale, New York, is my own country house, a place that reflects my personal tastes, my sensibility as a designer, and also a bit of nostalgia for summers spent at my family’s camp in the Adirondacks.

What I wanted for my 2,200-sf country retreat in Hillsdale, New York was for it to look like a Scandinavian summerhouse, but a little more dressed up. I also ramped up the comfort level with an invitingly textural fabric mix- typical to all of my interiors.
