It’s my first choice when walking the beach throwing plugs for stripers and blues. Its been paired up with a vsb150, Certate 4000HD, or Saragosa 6000. It easily competes with rods costing hundreds more.

14 Ιουλ 2007 · The rod in question is the Shimano "Tiralejo". The one I looked at in the store was an 11' spinner rated at 3-6 ounces. It had Fuji Alconite guides, diamond-pattern shrink wrap grips and a counterbalance system like the Daiwa Trybeams.

1 Ιουν 2011 · After doing some research I found what I thought to be the perfect rod for what I wanted, the Shimano Tiralejo TIR-900C. The Tiralejo TIR-900C is a two-piece, 9’0” overhead rod rated at 6–10kg. I prefer using overheads for beach fishing, especially when firing lures out into the surf.
