The main colors of shiny Tornadus are blue, green, and white. The typing of this Pokémon is flying. The Pokédex number of Tornadus is #641. In the dex they call Tornadus the Cyclone Pokémon

It was the most difficult shiny RNG by far, but finally after ~15 hours, writing an helping program and changing targets few times, I got my shiny Tornadus on pokemon black cartridge! Few steps that might help for anyone who wants to try as well:
