You can find the tracking number on your receipt or a copy of the shipping label. For items delivered to the U.S. and internationally, as well as prepaid envelopes and labels, the tracking number consists of 13 characters that include letters and numbers.
Tracking packages coming to Canada. Find the latest location and status of your package using Track (if you have a tracking number). If the status doesn’t appear in Track, contact the sender and ask them to investigate with their country’s postal administration.

To track the movement of your parcel, just enter your tracker number on our website and you will learn about the movement of the shipment in the Canada Post system. You will immediately receive information about whether your package is still in stock, has crossed the Canadian border, or has already been delivered to the specified post office.
To track your package, enter the tracking number, Delivery Notice Card number, or reference number in the Tracking Number box and press the Track button to view your delivery status on the results page.
