I use a big external monitor with a MacBook Pro. Resolution configs and font sizes, etc. work great.
15 Νοε 2018 · So try setting it to 1080p and then check on your monitor's on screen display that the incoming signal is actually 4k! Note that the list of resolution in System Preferences > Display will also contain resolutions such as "1920 x 1080 (low resolution)".
To open these settings, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Displays in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) On your Mac, use Displays settings to adjust resolution and brightness, and to set display options.
