It turns out that these "hours" had conveniently expired, and when I reached out to their customer service for assistance, their response was callous and unsympathetic. They essentially brushed me off, leaving me feeling cheated and scammed.

I then went on Google and Yelp and posted honest reviews advising what we discussed here. Only after those negative reviews were published, I received a callback from a “supervisor” who could not have been more patronizing and phony.
12 Δεκ 2014 · I have spoken to three representatives at the company with no resolve or assistance. I want my refund. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will continue to file reviews online until I am contacted by representative from this company.
