Whatever you do, do not choose this shuttle service! This is by far the worst you can experience in Las Vegas. We arrived late at night on a Friday night. There was a 30 minute way for the taxis, so we thought a shuttle service may be faster. Showtime looked as though they had the most shuttles so we decided to go with them.

Maybe it was poor customer service, but they've probably been scammed before. If everyone showed up and said they already paid for a return, well, then that's a problem. I've been burned before by late/non-existent return pick-ups, so I only take the shuttle to the hotel and do a cab on the return.
Three phone calls from me and several letters later I contacted the BBB. My biggest gripe was that I had paid $75.00 per ticket for this tour. The people taking the Laughlin trip paid $7.50 per person.
