Any changes or modifications to the existing exterior of a house should be submitted for Modifications review. The form must be submitted online. The MSC review committee meets on the third Wednesday of each month with applications due the Wednesday prior. When an application is received, the Modification Coordinator reviews it for completion.
The Sienna Associations (also known as the Association) include the Sienna Residential Association (SRA), for the original seven villages (Anderson Springs, Avalon, Bees Creek, Shipman’s Landing, Steep Bank East, Steep Bank West and Waters Lake) – and the Sienna Community Association (SCA) for villages of Sawmill Lake and Sienna Oaks – and lastly the Sienna Townhome Association (STHA).

Property owners considering modification/improvements to their deeded property must submit a modification/improvement application for approval and receive a written response from the MSC (Modification Sub Committee) prior to initiating work on planned improvements.
