13 Αυγ 2005 · Had good speed for a plane this size, and enough thrust for a 30-35 degree steady climb with good airspeed. I could have chosen a prop with more thrust but felt the 8x6SF would give a better duration with lazy flight.

Sig LT-40 ARF. Technically, my first plane was a HobbyZone Aerobird. That’s an entire story in itself. Let’s just say I went through 2 fuselages and about 6 sets of wings. But I eventually learn to fly it pretty darn well! After mastering the Aerobird, I set my sites on a glow powered trainer.
