Slow shipping. I recieved the unit, paired it, connected to it and it speeds out at 3.47 mbps. Slower than you advertise it to boost signal. Wifi drops calls. Your product does not do as advertised. Really disappointed. Date of experience: August 30, 2023

I followed the directions and also reviewed the instructional video but I still receive the same DL & UL speeds with or without the booster. Is it possible that I have a defective booster? Thank you.
