Key features: Population calculator - you have total population estimation, individual building population estimation, individual building boosts, and specialisations' boost and coverage. Save and share - all the layouts are stored in a database, so that you can share the building easily with others. But do need to keep the URL generated.
Following the launch of the new Omega update I've come up with a version 2 of my new max population layout. This time I've put it on MapIt: http://vickailiu.me/mapit/_s9kbqrkbe. The numbers aren't accurate because the tool doesn't have the newest buildings so I've just substituted size-for-size as follows:
I don't have a layout guide, I do have a city anyone can see. I am almost to the 5 million mark which is probably going to be my max until more land opens up. 6 million does not seem possible because the higher population skyscrapers require more sewer, water, power, etc.
