My GTA IV downgraded to 1.0.7.0 used to work perfectly. Then today I decided to do a clean reinstall to remove any mods, but after the downgrade of the clean new copy, it fails to launch the game (I'm running LaunchGTAIV.exe as an administrator).

I have recently downgraded GTA 4 using the downgrader to verion 1.0.7.0 and the game now refuses to launch. It appears for a few seconds as a black screen, then closes. I have tried multiple fixes with no success.
20 Μαρ 2020 · How to RESTORE 1.0.7.0 Patch and Multiplayer after March 19th Update! I made a quick tutorial showing how to downgrade the March 19th update back to 1.0.7.0 and restore Multiplayer and mod support! The only things you can't get in IV are exclusive EFLC radio stations and multiplayer (other than modding it in).
