As we search for frugal fashions, some online clothing companies remain poised to scam us. You know the ones; they constantly pop up as sponsored ads on Facebook and Instagram. The pictures usually don’t show the model’s head and promises these amazing designs for $10. 80% of the time, it’s a scam.
It's like a clearly couture dress worth thousands being sold for 40 bucks on a site with zero information and horrible AI broken English. There are some brands I see on instagram which are legit but I mean they make it obvious, lots of info and photos on their workshops, materials, etc.
Don’t use this company. I ordered a dress, style and colour good but that’s all. Dress had several defects including a matted chunk of threads hanging off and frayed piping on the bodice. I contacted Simply Dressed for a replacement. Instead was offered $25 for myself to arrange repair.
A few complaints I had- The basics are really overpriced ($60 for a thin, basic long sleeved shirt) and the dresses are a little expensive even at the most restrictive budget level.
