6 Δεκ 2020 · If I press the CH or HW button on the Hive, the 3 port engages and moves to the appropriate position. Likewise, if I turn the cylinder stat down, the 3 port engages appropriately.
9 Δεκ 2004 · I have just replaced a 3 port valve (22mm Honeywell) The old one had 6 wires and the new one only has 5. The old one had an external relay and the new one does not. It's the only replacement available by Honeywell so I could do with a little help please. Thanks, hopefully!

INSTALLATION & OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS. Valve positioning. Install the valve so the actuator head is not below the horizontal level of the pipework. The open vent and cold feed must not be isolated. The flow must be in the direction of the arrow. (from the centre port to either Port A or Port B). Fitting the valve body to the pipework.

Wiring. The wiring diagram above shows relevant connections to a Honeywell junction box (Part No. 42002116-001). Ensure that each numbered, lettered or coloured wire is connected to the correct terminal in the junction box. Make sure all connections are good and all terminal screws are firmly tightened.
