SOLVED. I have been trying to use Clean Installer to put custom lots into my game, but after multiple attempts and reinstalls of the Installer nothing has changed - none of the lots will show up and I have checked in all lot types (including special). I'm not sure what's wrong.
Only sometimes pink files lie so instead of deleting them, remove them to a folder. Red is a hack or a modded object. Blue is I think an incomplete Body Shop project. Make it go to full screen and select the number and check across that.
