It just seems as if your installation overwrote your default settings for Clean Installer to be your default installer. Reinstalling is always an option, but you have to make sure that you uninstall the current one first.

SOLVED. I have been trying to use Clean Installer to put custom lots into my game, but after multiple attempts and reinstalls of the Installer nothing has changed - none of the lots will show up and I have checked in all lot types (including special). I'm not sure what's wrong.
