Open the folder called “Game Files” found inside of the extracted folder and double click on the Setup.exe file.
Use osab's installer, we have a link for it in the wiki in r/sims2help. This is proper Ultimate Collection so it has all packs and is simple to install (it's like installing any other program on a computer; you don't need to manually apply the crack or anything).
