I was able to download the DLC files and opened all of their zips, but I am getting error -36 when trying to add them to The Sims 4 Packs folder (I can read and write all of them including the packs folder as an admin).
get anadius ea dlc unlocker and read that and follow his instructions perfectly, then install anadius sims 4 dlc unlocker and follow those instructions carefully. You should have all the dlc and be able to use the gallery if you follow the instructions for both those things.
