my sims4 high school dlc won't download and is stuck at 14%. I've tried reinstalling the game and cache clearing my computer through cleanmgr.exe. I think maybe if I could uninstall the 14% that has been installed and try installing again, it may work. But I don't know how to.

Now, drag all those DLC folders into the “the sims 4 packs” folder. Next, download and open the DLC Unlocker V1 and run the fix origin.client.command. Now, open origin, and go offline.
