I'm not quite sure what exactly you mean. But you can change the path to your mod folder in the settings. Just click on "Change Path" under Settings -> general -> Mod folder path. Select the new folder and press "Select Folder". After a reboot or when entering "Home" or "Folders" the new files should be calculated.
