This mod allows you to try for baby even if you have the maximum of 8 Sims in your household. For example, in the Hikaru family there are already 9 Sims as you can see in the picture, and clicking on his wife you can see they can still Try for Baby.
28 Μαρ 2021 · I have updated my mod for Larger Sims Households. You can now have sims households from the default of 8 sims up to 10, 16, or 25 sims at a time! This mod allows you to try for baby too when you go over the 8 limit.

I basically use tm.fullhouse to add sims past MCCC max household allowed sims. The pregnancy should be available with your mod on these conditions? Yep it will only work when your sims try for baby, it doesn't let you add more sims in the household screen.
Thanks to some help from Morphar at MTS, I present to you, Larger Households for the Sims 4. Options are up to 10, 16, and 25 Sims. This mod allows Try for Baby to work in over stuffed households. Download Links (Only download one!) Up to 10 Sims.
Changed the MCCC main menu so if the Sim that is clicked-on has > 8 Sims in their household, the menu will not show the “Modify Household in CAS” option at all since that would truncate the household size to 8 and delete extra Sims.
