Undead Sims will invade your world and start spreading a virus that infects the regular Sims and turns them into zombies. You will have to fight off this invasion and survive through dire times.
You need to put the radio in a sims inventory, and click on them and then the zombie apocalypse menu. There should be an option to listen to the emergency broadcast, but you need the radio in your inventory.
