The vast majority of protective hard cases only offer pick’n pluck foam or a velcro padded divider option. Pick’n pluck foam is great for protection, but it doesn’t last as long and once you’ve chosen your layout, you are committed. Changing up your gear is not really an option after that.
If you want it to last, use V&S 581 or 3M foam fast 74. Both of those are strong enough that the foam will rip before the bond breaks. 3M 77 or 90 will work if you ever want to remove or change the foam though.
17 Μαρ 2018 · I bought a P1610 when they were on deep discount in December and am using the pluck foam. When it wears I'll likely replace it w/either MyCaseBuilder or Kaizen foam. An advantage of either of those over pluck foam is that spacing can be closer and a given case can be more efficiently packed.

Pelican does not, but dealers might. I'd suggest buying a sheet of material like this: https://www.foambymail.com/product/polyethylene-foam-sheets-1-7lb.html. 1.7lb PE Foam is easy to cut by hand with a sharp knife and won't fall apart with use like the polyurethane pluck foam.
