Generally, the best method to fight Skotizo is to use Arclight and wear armour with high Magic Defence (e.g. black dragonhide armour) while having Protect from Melee active so the only source of damage will be from Skotizo's Magic attacks.
Demon Evasion is an elite combat achievement which requires the player to kill Skotizo without taking any damage. Strategy. In order to not take any damage the player must pray Protect from Magic and stay out of melee distance from Skotizo, the three reanimated demon spawns, and the dark ankou.
