These are the wiring diagrams for some of Skutts oldest KilnSitter controlled kilns. These were manufactured between the years of 1960 and 1979. Models include: 235, 231, 231-18, 181, 145, 183, 183-27, 185 and 185-27.

Page 6 Programming Modes Your kiln is equipped with the KilnMaster LT Controller, one of the most advanced 3 Button Controllers in the industry. As you can see in the diagram below it offers you 4 different programming modes and an option to change the temperature scale to either Celsius or Fahrenheit.
Special set-up instructions for PK Kilns and the KM-1 Wall Mount Controller are located in the Appendices section. Save packing material until test fire is complete. The kiln comes almost completely assembled. If you need to disassemble the kiln to make it lighter or smaller to move through doors, see Appendix 1.
