How do I redeem my Skype voucher? Enter the unique number from the voucher receipt, or the PIN code hidden under the scratch-off area on the prepaid card. If you purchased your Skype voucher online, you will receive an email containing your voucher code.
If you purchased your Skype voucher online, you will receive an email containing your voucher code. Click the redemption link in the email to be redirected to the ‘Redeem voucher’ page. The voucher number is filled in automatically.

To redeem your code visit www.skype.com/wu then click on ‘Redeem my code’. You must then sign in to your Skype account. If you don’t have one, you can easily create a Skype account. Input the code which appears at the bottom of your receipt, accept the terms and conditions and then click on ‘Redeem’.
