The album peaked at number 51 on the Billboard 200, and has gone on to become certified double platinum in the United States, making it the band's best-selling album. In 2011, it was voted the best debut album of the last 25 years by readers of Metal Hammer magazine.
30 Σεπ 2022 · We Are Not Your Kind didn’t end up being quite that ambitious when it came out in August 2019, but the art rock weirdness is alive and well on its front cover. It shows a woman in front of a jet black background, with her head under a veil to make her face indistinguishable.
