30 Απρ 2024 · Starting the Case. To begin an action in Small Claims Court, a person, or someone acting on his or her behalf, must come to the Small Claims Court Clerk’s office in the proper county and fill out a statement of claim.
Enter at least the index number and year to find results, or select case type and court type for an exact match. If you don't know the format of the case number you are trying to search, you can enter the case number separately from the year. The year is optional.
