Smalls has helped my elderly cat (he's 20 years old!) gain some much-needed weight. The food seems really high quality. What has also been awesome is that I am terrible at managing my orders and have come close to running out.
TL;DR Smalls cat food has a really deceptive business strategy and lures customers in with a “trial box” that actually just enrolls them in a very expensive, difficult to customize subscription plan. Terrible customer service and no clear way to cancel your account. Plus my cats hated the food.
