Smalls has helped my elderly cat (he's 20 years old!) gain some much-needed weight. The food seems really high quality. What has also been awesome is that I am terrible at managing my orders and have come close to running out.
TL;DR Smalls cat food has a really deceptive business strategy and lures customers in with a “trial box” that actually just enrolls them in a very expensive, difficult to customize subscription plan. Terrible customer service and no clear way to cancel your account. Plus my cats hated the food.

US. 15 hours ago. LOVE smalls so much! Smalls was recommended to me by my vet when my persian cat was having uti and stress issues. I am so glad because smalls is incredible. The food itself is high quality and smells like real food, a crazy concept within the pet food space. My picky persian is obsessed with his ground chicken.
