Dear TUI, I risen my Complaint 19 July’24 but your Customer Service cancelled it. I tried 3 times during July’24 - October’24 but meet unprofessional service customer team members. I have proof that my Transfers was cancelled by TUI.

13 Νοε 2023 · 1. Is it a package holiday? 2. Look at your holiday paperwork. 3. Complain to your travel agent. 4. Complain to a travel industry association. 5. Use debit or credit card protections. 6. Ask the travel ombudsman to investigate. 7. Take your case to the small claims court.
If you have a complaint whilst on holiday with us, please ensure you inform your TUI Rep, the accommodation management or airline staff immediately. If we cannot resolve the problem at the resort or during your flight, you must notify us of your claim within 28 days of your return from holiday.
