These courses are designed to enhance your level of automotive expertise, continuing education requirements and provide 12 of the 16 hours required by the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) to maintain Smog Repair Certification.
1 Μαΐ 2020 · You’ll want to find an automotive training school near you that offers Smog Check or Smog Inspector Training. Make sure that the school you find and plan on attending is approved by the Bureau of Automotive Repair, the governing agency of the smog check program in California.
A Smog Check inspector license is required to inspect and certify vehicle emissions control systems. A Smog Check repair technician license is required to diagnose, adjust, and repair vehicle emissions control systems. If you will be inspecting and repairing vehicles, both licenses are required.
Smog Inspector Level 2. October 14 @ 6:00 pm - October 30 @ 10:00 pm. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. The Smog Check Inspector Level 2 Training is intended to provide students the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform Smog Check inspections.
