It walls so much and hits really hard back, sometimes you have a nice Dragon Pulse, the next moment you throw out a Dragon Type Gigaton Hammer without drawback. It can even take a Ice Spinner from Great Tusk and just switch out to heal. It's probably the Best Assault Vest Pokemon in OU.

It's about to turn into Fire Emblem up in there with all the royal sword users about to hit that meta. Wide Lens is basically required to use the move properly if it works as datamined. It results in over a 50% average increase in damage. Each hit has a 1% chance to miss. I think it would be more of a shocker if you miss at that point.
