23 Αυγ 2012 · IMO I always would go with the thick black car-type gas lines. They last 10x as long as the clear vinyl/plastic lines and are much harder to melt/cut ect. You can get it at advance auto for about $0.75 a ft. Rebuilding a 99 Jag 440 with my 12 year old, lots of fun. I am going to replace the gas lines.
8 Δεκ 2011 · Tygon is generally regarded as the "best" fuel line. But Since it is on a Yamaha of that vintage you will need to find metric fuel line, and there are a couple of different sizes. The sizes of the Tygon line I've seen are in inch sizes, either too big (1/4) or too small.
