Elkins is about 1 hour 15 minutes to the North on 219...Marlinton is 45 minutes to the south on 219. Stop before you go to Snowshoe. Bring a cooler for cold items. There is a little market right at the bottom of the mountain before Snowshoe entrance for any little "forgotten" items.
