From your computer, open the SteamVR app. If you see the icon, mouse over it to check if the firmware is out of date. Click Update Device. The firmware update will start automatically. Warning: Do not unplug any cables from the headset, link box, or your computer any time before the firmware update is complete.

Download and install Oculus Rift Software. When you get to "Select Your Headset", choose to "Skip". Download the latest Revive installer. Install Revive in your preferred directory. Start SteamVR if it's not already running. Put on the headset, open the dashboard and click the new Revive tab.
