I let the company know and they are sending replacements but I told them I needed it in 3 days to service a customer and I offered to pay for express shipping but it shipped standard. There excuse was they had no control over the way it is shipping. That is the most bullshit answer I've ever seen. Solutions Pest and Lawn costed me business.
Terrible Customer Service. I purchased a $80.00 chemical for pest control and when it arrived the box was soiled due to the product leaking. I called customer service to report this and was told to take pictures and respond to an email with proof, and I did.
