25 Μαΐ 2022 · Solution. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot this issue: Make sure the child lock feature is disabled. Try to open the disc tray. If the issue still occurs, power off your DVD player. Unplug the power cord for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. Power on your device. Try to open the disc tray.

29 Αυγ 2016 · You can try power resetting the unit and check if it helps. To power reset, turn OFF the DVD player and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet and turn the player ON. Attempt to open the disc tray.
