27 Σεπ 2020 · Since yesterday everything was working for me but suddenly speakers are not working. I tried almost all steps in below links but still no success. When I use USB headset there are no any problems with sound.
7 Ιαν 2019 · Restart the computer and then update the Bios, Chipset and audio drivers on your PC from our HP support website, using this link. Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.
If you hear sound through the headphones, the sound hardware on the computer is working, and the issue is probably related to the speakers or speaker cables. Disconnect the headphones and reconnect the speakers.
