Our leagues are open to all children ages 7-15 who want to learn and play volleyball. Interest and enthusiasm for volleyball are the only requirements for playing with USYVL! All programs are eight weeks long and meet twice per week.

Unique to the Diocese of Sacramento is the Parochial Athletic League. Commonly known as "PAL"among school families, this sports division is made possible by the cooperative effort of Diocesan schools to host after school sports programs for their students.
Sacramento Performance Volleyball Club (SPVC) was formed 10+ years ago with the purpose of providing kids, and their families, with a positive club volleyball experience. At SPVC, we are proud to consider our athletes as part of the 'family'.
