CPRFPD officially becomes Jackson County Fire District No. 3 (JCFD3) to better describe the areas being protected. It is the third fire district formed within Jackson County protecting approximately 140 square miles.
Fire District 3 provides fire suppression, emergency medical, rescue, and risk reduction services to the residents living in the cities of Central Point, Eagle Point, and Gold Hill and the communities of White City, Sams Valley, Dodge Bridge, and Agate Lake.
