  2. Veterinary Services. To improve pet health and reduce overpopulation, we provide spay/neuter surgery for cats and dogs. Qualifying low-income pet owners can apply for free or reduced-fee surgeries. We examine and test all incoming pets, as well as provide spay/neuter surgery and vaccinations to ensure good health.
